EleVATE Community Collaborators

Community Collaborators are EleVATE’s patients turned partners. We are grateful for their partnership and leadership in developing, implementing, evaluating, and advocating for positive health outcomes.

The EleVATE Collaborative recognized that if patients were involved, we needed to acknowledge power dynamics and actively shift power. The EleVATE Collaborative worked on strategies to be accountable and recognized that listening and having a seat at the table was not enough. The EleVATE Collaborative needed to work in partnership to implement the change our community collaborators wanted to see.
